It is fully ADA and Texas Accessibility Standards compliant.

EXTERIOR MATERIALS: Rosewood Court was designed by HKS Architects and is a constructed of poured-in-place, steel reinforced concrete- structure with a detailed façade of Indiana limestone and Ping green granite the curtain wall windows are 1” insulating vision glass with energy efficient glazing and low-e coatings.

LOBBY: Lobby walls are Pomeli Mahogany surrounded by Indiana limestone. Elevator lobby walls are mahogany and lit by cold cathode fixtures with onyx lenses. The lobby floor is an intricate pattern of Monaco Brown, Diano Reale, Crema Marfil and Roso Alicante marbles. Ceilings are drywall. The concierge and security desk are custom designed and constructed of mahogany wood.
